Real Estate Golf Titles at Pinheiros Altos

Membership of the exclusive Pinheiros Altos Golf Club can be secured by firstly acquiring a Golf Title which is available in two forms:

• Real estate golf title: Each of the 168 properties in the Pinheiros Altos Resort has a Golf Title connected to it. The Golf Title cannot be separated from the property.
• Non-real estate: At the time of writing there are no 'non-real estate Golf Titles' available for sale by the company, although there may be re-sales available from time to time.

Annual Membership Subscriptions 2009

On acquisition of a Golf Title, Pinheiros Altos golf club membership is available on payment of the annual subscriptions which for 2009 are:

• Principal Member - €3200
• Spouse - €1600
• Connected Member - €2400
• Junior Membership - €500
