Resort Services at Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort

The Pinheiros Altos resort management team located in the circular administration building right in the very centre of the resort, close enough to supervise and take care of each property individually, as well as assist the property owner with everything in respect of their home.

Housekeeping Service

The resort has an excellent housekeeping team who is supervised by one head housekeeper. In order to make property owners' time as relaxing as possible, our housekeeping service is tailored to individual requirements.

The housekeeper can supply maid service, all cleaning equipment and products, laundry service, cots and extra bed rental when necessary.

There is also a linen pool, should clients wish to rent their property and prefer to keep their own linen separate from that used by rental guests.

Maintenance Services

The resort is also taken care of by experienced maintenance staff, supervised by our head of maintenance, who will ensure that all is working well within the property and kept up to our high standards.

Upon owners' request, the maintenance team will carry out:

• pre-winter checks on the property including heating system, dehumidifiers and much more 
• Cleaning of roofs and gutters
• Interior and exterior lighting may be revised from time to time
• Window, terrace and chimney cleaning
• Water-softeners maintained whenever necessary
• Swimming pool and garden maintenance is available all year round

Prior to the property owner's arrival, services can be connected and checks carried out as requested. During their stay, should the owner need assistance, the maintenance team will carry out any necessary household handyman services.

General Services

The resort management team can provide many other services on request such as car rental, restaurant and hotel reservations, secretarial services, welcome food and drink packs along with much more. Should clients have any problems or if there is anything else they require whilst at Pinheiros Altos the team will endeavor to accommodate guests' requirements.

Individual Service

Each member of the resort management team is allocated care and responsibility for their own properties and owners. This means that you always have a point of contact with someone who personally knows and manages your home. Every member will weekly visit your property, in your absence, hence should any problem arise you will promptly be contacted and informed.
